Closed Session: The Closed Session is necessary so that the Palisades BID's Board can discuss the Cease and Desist Demand Letter from Adrian Riskin delivered to the Palisades BID on October 30, 2018. That letter sets forth Mr. Riskin's claim that an exchange of emails in May of this year between Board Members of the Palisades BID regarding an article written by Sue Pascoe in the Palisades News constituted a violation of the Brown Act. In the Closed Session we will discuss the claim of Mr. Riskin and an appropriate and required Response to his letter.

Closed Session: The previously posted Agenda for the Closed Session scheduled for the Palisades BID Meeting set for Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 8:30 am at the office of the Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce did not provide a description of what was to be discussed at that Closed Session as required by the Brown Act.

Get moving on creating the appeal for November for contributions for next year. And if not then we
need to provide notice to Village Green, library & Marquez area that no more trash pick-ups next
year. (Elliot dropped the ball and will make this happen)

Councilmember Huizar’s motion to increase Sanitation encampment cleanup crews and give
proportionate services based on need.
